PhD Scholarship Opportunity


RMIT and CSIRO’s Data61 is partnering to offer an opportunity for the successful candidate to undertake a fully funded PhD research in AI/Machine Learning to develop new solutions in an eCommerce setting.

The suitable candidate will be supported by a full scholarship, including a tuition waiver and living allowance. Additionally, the successful candidate will also receive a Data61 top-up scholarship, which includes a $10K per annum top-up, $5K of research support over the candidature period, and access to expertise from RMIT and Data61 to support your research. The value of the stipend from RMIT and Data61 comes to a total of $42,841 tax-free in 2022. The underlying stipend from RMIT will be reviewed annually to reflect any increase in living costs for the duration (3.5 years) of the PhD candidature.
