There are three PhD scholarships for undergraduate students who are seeking for an opportunity to pursue an advanced study on the National Health Data.
The scholarship is funded from the ARC-linkage project titled ‘Cohort Discovery and Activity Mining for Policy Impact Prediction’.

Admin Organisation: University of Technology Sydney (UTS)
1) Australian Citizen;
2) First class honours (or master by research) in computer sciences or associated discipline (Second class honours division 1 with exceptional circumstances);
3) Candidates will be subject to a baseline security clearance (supported by the Department of Health);
4) Proficient in database management and programming.
Location: PhD candidates will be working at the Department of Health in Canberra within the Health Analytics Branch for the duration of their candidature.
