21 Jan 2013: See Table of Contents. 2 Jan 2013: We have received all final submissions and are now working on the final pack of the book to deliver to the publisher. Chapter authors will be contacted if additional documents are needed. Thanks to all contributors for their efforts. 4 Nov 2012: Notifications have been sent out. 1 Nov 2012: We are finalizing chapter acceptance. Notifications will be sent out in next 2 or 3 days. Thanks for your patience. 16 Oct 2012: There are unexpected delays in reviewing process. The notifications are postponed to 1 Nov. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this delay. 28 Aug 2012: All received full chapters are now under review, including submission number 4, 5, 7-11, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20-26, 28-30, 33-39, 41, 43, 44. 31 July 2012: The due date of full chapters is extended to 10 August 2012, due to requests from many authors. 16 July 2012: When submitting full chapters, please include data as an attachment (separately as a zip file) if possible. 14 June 2012: Guidelines for full chapters are available, and a link to it can be found at the top of this page. 7 June 2012: All notifications have been sent out. Pls contact us if you haven't received any notifications. Instructions for preparing full chapters will be sent to chapter authors in one week. 1 June 2012: Proposal submission closed. We have received 40 chapter proposals in total. Notifications for proposals submitted in the 2nd round will be sent out in one week. 11 May 2012: Notifications have been sent out for all proposals received in the 1st round, that is, all submissions numbered from 1 to 23 submitted before 1 May.
